Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not be damaged, or used in any way. Please note you must NOT FOLD AGAINST the grain of the fiber optic. If this is not clear, please contact us as this is extremely important and items returned improperly packaged will not be accepted for a refund.
The first exchange for size is free, exchanges for alternate items and returns (may) be charged a 20% restocking fee to help cover original shipping, packaging and stock-out costs.
To return your product, you should contact us and mail your product to the below address. Please include a note requesting a refund with your order number or ship to name in the return box and contact us with your return tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and initiated the refund process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
